Hi, I’m Aditya, a Digital Marketer & Growth hacker by profession and a social entrepreneur from heart.Ever since I joined my family business back in 2013, I was intrigued to learn more about the marketing aspects which could boost our business.However, my passion for marketing grew when I went to Grenoble Ecole de Management, France for pursuing Masters in Innovation, Strategy & Entrepreneurship. Wherein I got the opportunity to delve deep into the world of Digital Marketing and its nuances.My passion for doing something for society at large and the instincts of a Social Entrepreneur helped me in exploring the world of Recycling. Therefore, in 2019 I decided to incorporate an E-waste Management company.I tried to find an association with other recyclers in the country, as setting up the facility was a costly affair. Meetings with other recyclers were set up and I miserably failed in converting them to collaborate with us.However, failures didn’t stop me from networking and connecting to other people from the industry.So, in the next year 2021, when I again started hunting for the Recycler who can be a part of my company, luckily I got connected to one. And here we founded E-junki an E-waste Management Company based out of Delhi, IndiaIn less than 2 months of period, E-junki got #StartupIndia mission recognition under the Waste Management company.And we were at the driving seat literally, with scheduling E-waste pickups from the Residential Complexes and corporates.Our Mission is to revamp the recycling industry by making a better ecosystem wherein every person can contribute. Our Vision is to make the recycling industry more of an inclusive place for informal sector people who are bound to work in hazardous situations daily.
