I interned under the Development Monitoring and Evaluation Office (DMEO) of NITI Aayog.Coming from a commerce background it was really insightful for me to learn how things are done in the Public Sector. Starting from why a scheme is started to how its success should be measured.I have assisted my mentor in doing various tasks. I took up an analysis of the Infrastructural Review of the Civil Aviation Sector and came up with insights and questions that could help us better understand their working. I undertook the analysis of government schemes such as Regional Connectivity Scheme, INSPIRE Scheme, Swastha Bharat Abhiyaan etc using Result Based Framework Tool.Helped in organizing a workshop on Output Outcome Budget for the Ministries.I was also instrumental in updating of the Sectoral and Output and Outcome Dashboard for several Ministries and Departments.In my three months experience I developed the ability to think critically and find out gaps in a process. I learnt how to ideally deal with different types of people at workplace. None the less, this internship made me more practical and professional.

Project Bawarchi we believe every individual deserves a second chance in life. We aim at solving two problems. First, high rate of relapse of the De-addiction centres and secondly lack of availability of pocket friendly and quality food for the students in North Campus, University of Delhi. Victims of substance abuse after rehabilitation are unable to find employment opportunities due to their tarnished past of drugs and crime leading to relapse.We at Project Bawarchi train such individuals and employ them as cooks, managers, delivery boys and accountants. Currently these individuals are employed in 5 stalls, a canteen and a food delivery service. Eventually we plan to draw out of the business after ensuring it's sustainability and handover the business to our members turning them into entrepreneurs.This project has given me a real time experience in almost every functional area of business like operation, finance,marketing and sales, human resource, customer service, research and development etc.

Enactus is a social organisation which aims to improve the lives of socially backward communities through social entrepreneurship and research. We at Enactus Ramjas are undertaking three main projects- Transcreations for the transgender community, Aradhaga for underprivileged slum women and Bawarchi for substance abuse victims.http://www.enactusramjas.in

During the internship I worked on a new initiative for multilevel marketing and supported on preparation of sales pitch for sellers as well as defining process for customer on boarding for a upcoming B2B and B2C website 'lockthedeal.com'​ LockTheDeal.com is an online business marketplace, one of its kind where you can buy directly online from Indian manufacturers, suppliers, exporters offering wide range of Power back up solutions. The website aims at directly connecting retailers to manufactures and suppliers in order to reduce the middlemen and increase the margin for both parties.

Project: Consumer Insight Survey on Reliance Trends. The survey was intended to help reliance trends decide upon the steps to up taken to improve its performance and be at par with the present market requirements. This survey helped me to get an overall understanding of the working of the organisation, identify key result areas(KRA’s), improvement in which are essential for growth and development of the organisation.
