CurrentRole :- Organising pre-production meetings with Director, Brand Solutions & DOP to explain brand requirements, shot breakdown, and dialogues for upcoming shoots.- Preparing Pre-Production Meeting documents to ensure a clear understanding of shot breakdown and brand expectations.- Coordinating with the production team to finalize location details for shoots.- Working closely with the Casting team to lock the star cast for shows.- Attending shoots to ensure that brand shots, dialogues, and requirements matches the client's expectations.- Managing the post-production process, collaborating with the Director, Editor & social media team to deliver the final master files.- Providing feedback on episodes to ensure the content meets organisation & client standards.- Collaborating with the Social Media team to ensure timely delivery of the surround content.- Working closely with the Finance and Legal teams on finance and legal-related matters.- Assisting the Sales team with sponsorship packages and addressing sponsorship-related queries.- Coordinating with clients for script narration, product delivery, term sheets, PI, and approvals.- Maintaining sponsorship trackers and timelines for all sponsorship closures.- Supporting the Sales team by preparing post-eval reports.Achievements:- Collaborated with Panchayat web-series star cast and Pitchers 2 fame director, Vaibhav Bundhoo, on the video "Gajjab Bejjati Hai" for brand Bajaj. The video received high praise & was recognized as the best TVF video in the last 2 years.- Worked alongside award-winning director Raghav Subhu and actor Mayur More on the mini-web series "Angrezi Mat Jhaad". - Collaborated with talented actor & director Sumeet Vyas on the project “Tankesh Diaries” created for the brand IKEA. - Successfully contributed to various projects for the brand Saregama, including the popular “Pandya Vlog” one of the most prestigious properties on “The Screen Patti”.- Acted in the video "Pandya’s Vlog E04.
