Aditya Bakde has been pursuing his architecture journey for more than 15 years and has found his passion in working on complex large scale projects. Having successfully completed his Masters and gaining a wealth of experience working with Ingenhoven Architects, he is keen to take further responsibilities on the professional front. As a proven team player he has collaborated extensively with local and international architects like ATKINS Global and Peddle Thorp Architects. Aditya has managed teams, executing projects on a tight schedules and has learned to thrive in pressure situations. As a Lead Architect back In India, he was instrumental in the end to end design, drawing production and execution of several multi-scale projects across the country. He has worked closely and been the bridge between local Indian firms and International Firms entering the Indian Market. His experience in working in International and multi-cultural settings combined with his acumen to understand space and human behavior make him an excellent and confident Architect.
