Managed introduction of low voltage, infotainment, and high voltage components in Model 3, and high voltage components in Models S/X. Supported Program launches across Models S/X/3. Maintained manufacturing BOM for each of the above sub-systems, and related factory relevant systems that were impacted by BOM changes.

As a manufacturing engineer at TE Connectivity, I was responsible for improving assembly & packaging process efficiency, increasing throughput on multiple lines, and maintaining product BOMs and routings. In-sourced equipment from an overseas facility, estimated annual freight savings was $20000.

Responsible for the transition, consolidation and setup of assembly line for fluid products from Bryan, OH to Southern Pines, NC. Documented assembly instructions and standard work for production. Designed, procured and installed fixtures and tooling to support production. Worked closely with the product quality organization, suppliers, and customers to improve quality of incoming components and outgoing product.
