I was part of the core team responsible for the agency transition process during a crucial rebranding initiative. This involved close collaboration with top advertising agencies across India and coordination with our internal procurement team. I managed the development of the brief, the rollout of the Request for Proposal (RFP), and spearheaded the financial negotiations to select a new agency.Alongside the Associate Vice President of Growth Marketing and the Chief Marketing Officer, I led extensive research and positioning exercises that led to a significant overhaul of the brand’s packaging and market positioning. This effort included a complete overhaul of packaging and a repositioning of the brand with a new tagline, "It Happens Only With Pizza," marking a pivotal shift in Domino's brand strategy.

In 2013, I launched Hyper, a digital agency specialising in software development and UI/UX design. I served as its founder and CEO for five years. Under my leadership, the company expanded from its initial one-person setup to a team of 14, delivering impactful digital solutions to high-status clients. Noteworthy projects include leading the digital campaign for WWF's Earth Hour 2014 from Singapore, launching and growing the eCommerce platform for Tarun Tahiliani to INR 6 million in revenue, and redesigning ABP News' platforms to engage over 4.5 million monthly readers. Additionally, we collaborated with Ogilvy & Mather to create the digital platform for the Cannes-winning campaign for Make Love Not Scars, enhancing its digital reach and impact.Our work with Meatigo, where we launched their first eCommerce platform when they were initially present in just two cities with two outlets, was a significant highlight. Our strategic technical support helped them expand to over five outlets across three cities. Meatigo has since grown into a large national brand with millions of users, revolutionising how quality meat is procured and delivered across India. Our involvement with Meatigo not only demonstrated our ability to scale digital platforms effectively, but also positioned Hyper as a key player in digital transformation for both emerging and established brands.

In my role at Animal, I spearheaded new business development and managed key account relationships, significantly contributing to the firm's growth. My leadership in the acquisition and execution of substantial projects led to notable achievements, including securing the entire social media mandate for Snapdeal—a pivotal win for our agency. Additionally, I played a crucial role in the rebranding projects for prominent digital platforms such as IndiaTimes, MensXP, and iDiva.Over the course of my tenure, I was instrumental in generating over ₹3 crore in additional revenue, underscoring my impact on the business’s financial and strategic expansion. Beyond business acquisition, my responsibilities included setting up and training dedicated teams for these key accounts, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.
