Team Jaabaz is an official motorsport team of VIT University which competes in Baja SAE competitions in the US. Baja SAE is an international collegiate motorsport competition organized by the Society of Automotive Engineers. Over a 100 teams design and fabricate a single seater ATV and compete with each other in engineering, design, fabrication, vehicle performance and business feasibility. This happens over the course of a 4 day, grueling event.- I was responsible for raising funds for the team to meet the transportation, design and fabrication cost of the ATV- Marketed the recruitment drive for the 2016 season and managed to get over 200 applicants to apply.- Handled the logistics of transporting the ATV to the USA & back. An essential part of this was building and ensuring consistent communication with the Indian Customs and FICCI (Federation of India Chamber of Commerce & Industry).- Helped in selecting and training the juniors to take up leadership positions for the 2016 season.- Maintained a culture of quality, smart work and commitment.- Completed the 2015 season with a financial surplus.

Manufac Innovations was an automotive electronics startup. It was the first startup of its kind toreceive a monetary grant from the VIT Technology Business Incubator.-Manufac was building cloud connected Data Acquisition Systems (DAQ) for off-road motorsportvehicles (ATVs, quad bikes etc).-The DAQ which included an electronics device, an app and a set of sensors was successfully developedtill the prototype stage.-I built a multi-functional team of engineers from diverse backgrounds, motivated and led them todevelop our product.-I was responsible for the acquisition and allocation of resources required by the team for productdevelopment.
