- Is part of MuleSoft core runtime team which deals with supporting Mule Runtime applications from JVM and Runtime Perspective.- Identify performance issues for the customers by analyzing & investigating thread and Heap dumps for customers integration.- Helped customers to investigate and resolve integration issues byanalyzing & troubleshooting the logs and worked closely with theengineering team to identify the root cause.- Created POC's to replicate customer's issue at my end mostly forperformance tuning of application.- Contributed to documentation and knowledge articles toimprove internal team's understanding.
