GEOS Communication Plan• Created a comprehensive GEOS communication plan. • The communication plan included a communication calendar, story line for employee communication and methods of communication

• Supporting the batch cycles for the Development as well as Production regions.• Scheduling the batch jobs in the respective CA7 scheduler as per the special requirements.• Queue monitoring, ABEND resolution and resume the cycles before SLA hours.• Log preparation for the Batch cycle reports and the ABEND details.• Generation of the Weekly status report for the client.• Preparation of Functional & Technical Specifications for the deliverables.• Test Plan (Unit, System integration & Quality analysis) & Log preparation for the deliverables.• Implementation Plan preparation for the deployment of deliverables.• Defects resolution as on a corrective & preventive action.• Proper Documentation in prescribed templates for each & every aspects of deliverables in central repository to avoid Non Compliance.
