As an Implementation Consultant I am responsible for the enhancement, delivery and implementation of Saba Product Suite for various global customers. I have led smaller projects single handedly. Implementation group is primarily focused on post sale and pre go live activities, majorly involving product enhancement, integration and migration. I also designed and deployed features in line with customer specific needs, which were incorporated into the base product offering. During my stint with Saba, I developed functionalities and modules to align the off the shelf product to the customer needs by customizing the product. Amongst various product enhancements, I also developed tool to facilitate migration of data from Third Party applications to Saba, along with the Development of a database migration tool to migrate data between databases. (viz. MS-SQL to Oracle). Select client list worked with HP, American Redcross Society, KPMG, Bank of Nova Scotia, Fidelity Investments, Ford Motors, and many more.
