Assisting Akulaku Group to secure US$ 200 million investment from MUFG Group by reviewing and advising financial investment agreements (loan agreement, call option, escrow agreement, and power of attorney);d. Assisting Akulaku Group to manage the commercial fund flow and legal documentation for the fulfillment of Bank Neo Commerce’s core capital through Right Issue VI;e. Assisting Akulaku Group to handle all internal legal matters (circular resolution, GMS and EGMS, the increment of capital, and license matters (PSE, SIUPMSE, and NIB)).f. Assisting Akulaku Group to acquire the established insurance company through Indonesian Public Company; g. Assisting Akulaku Group to update the privacy policy and commercial agreement to be aligned with Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection.
