I have been leading Anubha Industries since it's inception in 2012. Right from conception, Anubha was envisaged to create and follow a different path in the denim and textile industry. "Sustainability First" is not a buzzword at Anubha. The plant and operations have been designed with careful intent to maintain and constantly improve upon its ecological footprint without compromising on the creativity and beauty which is the essence of the fashion industry.Prior to setting up Anubha Industries I was handling Textile & Apparel manufacturing operations at Pratibha Syntex Ltd. at various times I have been responsible for sales and marketing as well for Knitted fabrics and apparel for North America.Apart from operations, I have had a strong focus on project conceptualization, techno commercial evaluation, selection and negotiation of plant and machinery, project implementation and liaisoning with various Government bodies for securing necessary permissions and concessions. During the 12 years at Pratibha, I have been involved in projects ranging from USD 3 Million to USD 80 million.I have been responsible for creating the IT infrastructure for the company as well. This includes the implementation of SAP as well as creating an application for orders management for the Knitwear division.I have had a strong professional and personal inclination towards Power Generation, Waste Water treatment and Energy Efficiency. Engineering and Utilities have also been part of my responsibilities.I am an enthusiastic team player, leader and motivator who can work with all ranks to create a strong organization.
