• Hands on experience on ABB, KUKA, NACHI robots.• Proficient in PLC (RS Logix 5000, Studio 5000), HMI programming and vision systems.• Program robot paths, set up program structure and implement offline programming.•Configure robot IO, weld interface and program call.•Assist in problem investigation and root cause determination.• Perform layered audits or program parts in production, production master panels, and SPC charts and part checking fixtures• Provide support to the production inspection requirements as designated by the QA A/L.• Monitors quality of welds; trained in all phases of weld troubleshooting• Recommend necessary adjustments to parts and machinery, to ensure proper production run.• Basic robotics troubleshooting on robots• Performing PM on machines and equipment and housekeeping on a regular basis.• Communicate and work effectively with work-team members and other members of the company.• Work with minimal supervision

• Experience in different manufacturing processes: Liquid filling, encapsulation, palletizing, packaging.• Preparation of final product with proper labelling and accurate Bill of Materials with appropriate GD&T• Programming Allen Bradley production line for different products.• Supervise the production line and maintaining smooth and continuous production line• Calibrating and installation the safety systems for long term and safe operation

Successfully completed Project on "Thermal Power Plan - Energy Exchange & Pumping System" and have knowledge on various attributes of the subject.
