‘Success is never owned, it is rented. And the rent is due every day!’. This is a mantra that I swear by. A firm believer in the value of hard work, I view Mr. Mukesh Ambani as a mentor and source of inspiration. I believe I'm a devoted family man and make sure to take some time out to spend quality time with my wife Avani and our children, and try and level best never to miss a school event or sports tournament. After graduating from Mumbai’s elite Cathedral and John Connon School in 1995, I completed my Bachelor of Commerce degree at HR College. I then followed in my family’s footsteps and trained as a diamond expert in Belgium before starting Nirvana in 2015.Ambitious to a fault and a self-professed go-getter, I enjoy traveling and occasionally indulge in diverse hobbies whenever I can. A keen sports person and avid movie-goer, I enjoy the taste of adventure and understands the importance of creating time to balance the stresses of work. In addition, I actively support Ashadaan, an orphanage run by Mother Teresa’s Missionaries of Charity, and several other human and animal welfare not-for-profit organisations. I have a keen interest in PETA organisations that are running globally. Political news from India and across the globe interest me and I maintain great business relationships and rapports with several entrepreneur lobbies in and outside of the country.
