Successfully led $20M program to launch new retirement products and services on NF Public Retirement Plans to support asset growth and expand NF business.• Collaborated closely with architects, technology innovation team and quality engineering team on developing foundation/platform that can be used across multiple retirement products; witnessed a great level of improvement in quality and delivery schedule and at the same time saved at least $150K on each of these products.• Performed a deep-dive analysis on internal and external dependencies on each of the products/projects and communicated with leadership that helped them prioritize the work based on 30-60-90-day plan.• Rolled out a new financial process in collaboration with scrum masters, product owners and business owners that improved financial reporting by 50% and provided leadership with all details they needed.• Recognized by leadership and peers for organizing various virtual team building and engagement activities.Managed delivery of a $10M troubled Program to launch/enhance various NF Tools for a better internal and external customer experience. • Developed a new execution model in collaboration with senior IT and business leadership from impacted areas and transitioned all the projects under this program to adopt new execution model. Successfully managed various data challenges on these projects and at the same time delivered a cost-effective solution for the CPU utilization project which resulted in a $500K savings.• Took over and Delivered $2M project for Nationwide Property and Casualty Business area that dealt with implementing Proprietary Model to support Nationwide's SmartRide - usage based Auto-Insurance Program. Project was behind on schedule and downstream partners were unaware of impacts. Also, at the same time helped IT leadership within the business area to streamline the processes across the board.
