A motivated and energetic Management student in Jakarta State University, very interested in majoring in Human Resources, with a fairly comprehensive basic understanding of the principles of HR management, from recruitment, employee development, performance management, industrial relations, compensation and benefits, organizational behavior, organizational culture and workforce planning. in my organization I am active in various student events which are the key points of the Project Officer (chief executive), Treasurer, Coordinator, Even becoming a Manager (Head of Division) which requires me to strengthen my leadership skills, team management, communication, and ability to work in a dynamic environment. In that time, I also learned the importance of conflict management, improving team performance, and strategic planning to achieve a goals.
