I have a Master's degree in Data Science from the University of Auckland, where I explored curiosity-based computer vision algorithms for my dissertation.I have professional experience working as an ML engineer at iMerit and Heal Software, where I leveraged my computer vision, NLP, and time series analysis skills to build systems like annotation tools, anomaly detection algorithms, and more. I used state-of-the-art techniques like Transformers to solve real-world problems with high accuracy and efficiency.I also actively strengthen my machine learning skills through academic projects and hackathons. For example, I participated in a climate change hackathon and created a project to track sea sponge health using limited data.
