Current: Working on something new (B2B Supply Chain tech)Most recently:MBA Candidate at The Wharton School (University of Pennsylvania), constantly building to support the Future of Work and exploring how to thoughtfully and efficiently deploy early-stage capital to support promising B2B innovators.Prior to Wharton, I spent five years as a data-driven, technical Product Manager for B2B and SaaS technologies. As typically the first or second product hire, I built and promoted products in the sales & marketing tech space at multiple early-stage startups, ultimately leading to a successful acquisition of ZenIQ by 6sense (April 2018):* 6sense (Series C, $103M raised, Insight Partners, Bain Capital Ventures)* ZenIQ (Seed, $5M raised, Costanoa Ventures, Salesforce Ventures)* Captora (Series B, $27M, NEA, Bain Capital Ventures)My varied skill set - a software engineering background combined with excellent interpersonal skills - gives me the ability to work closely with any and all functions within an organization. I have been consistently recognized for my extreme attention to detail when executing the day to day responsibilities in product management and product marketing, as well as my ability to design and communicate a creative, long-term product vision based on competitive analysis, market trends, product usage data, and customer feedback.Education:I graduated from Columbia University in 2015, where I received my BS in Computer Science (emphasis in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning), and received a minor in Entrepreneurship. At Columbia, I was on the leadership board of the Application Development Initiative. ADI's mission is to teach the community about computer science and related technologies, which we accomplished through workshops, our annual hackathon & programming festival, as well as mentorship programs & tech talks.

Product ManagerCaptora Dec 2016 - May 2017Mountain View, California, UsAs the 1st PM at Captora, I was responsible for the end-to-end product management duties for all aspects of the platform. This included market & customer research, validation, prioritization, feature specifications, delivery, go to market, and much more. Here are some of the highlights (continued from time as APM):* Continued to iterate on my previous releases. As part of my customer engagement programs, I worked directly with clients to increase product adoption, and quickly gathered product feedback to deliver appropriate enhancements to ensure ongoing success.* Led the effort to simplify the product implementation (Go-Live) process. The development of an internal app to accelerate data input, as well as a requirements template document increased coordination between Sales, Engineering, and Implementation teams, leading to 50% faster Go-Lives (60 days to 30 days).* Started a monthly customer newsletter announcing new features & marketing best practices* Recorded instructional videos for important product features and workflows, becoming the most visited section of the Captora knowledge base.* Built a lead scoring widget within Salesforce, utilizing multiple internal and external APIs.* Built internal dashboards to track overall product usage & engagement, as well as customer leaderboards per product module.* Worked with executive team to develop a proprietary digital marketing maturity score, used by sales team to nurture leads, and to demonstrate ongoing ROI for existing customers.* Wrote scripts (python & SQL) to track ongoing customer rankings and Captora’s impact on SEO. Associate Product ManagerCaptora Apr 2015 - Nov 2016Mountain View, California, UsAs the 1st PM at Captora, I was responsible for the end-to-end product management duties for all aspects of the platform. This included market & customer research, validation, prioritization, feature specifications, delivery, go to market, and much more. Here are some of the highlights:* Formed the initial backlog of feature requests, technical debt, and other related tasks. As the lead PM, I worked with the various engineering and business units to maintain the prioritization of this backlog. Each product story included full details on what the feature should accomplish (acceptance criteria), and the reasons for prioritization (impact on customers, competitive advantage, etc.).* Led the two largest product releases in Captora's history. These included the formal creation of a Paid Optimization product, as well as critical changes to analytics & reporting, the ability to perform competitive research within the platform, and additional streamlining & automation of landing page creation workflows. KPIs related to these releases:- The all-new integration with Google AdWords resulted in over 150% increase in the advertising budget managed and optimized by Captora's Paid product.- Data improvements to Demand Intelligence and cleaner workflows/increased automation in landing page creation resulted in a 38% increase in the number of weekly marketing campaigns created within Captora.- Additional metrics and a more user-friendly design led to 46% more weekly engagements with the Content/Competitive Research module.* Drove key customer engagement programs to ensure adoption of newly released products such as Paid Optimization, Internationalization, and Advanced Personalization. Undergraduate Research Assistant - Intrusion Detection Systems LabColumbia University In The City Of New York Dec 2013 - Dec 2014New York, Ny, UsWorking on new active authentication systems to help determine when a user's device may have been compromised. I've worked with Prof. Jon Voris on a Machine Learning project, where I implemented various techniques/models like regression, J48 Decision Trees, Multilayer Perceptron, etc to analyze a dataset of mouse movements, clicks, and keypresses in an attempt to uniquely identify each user. We had collected data for several minutes from each sample, and had polled users for their experience level with the program they were using when our data was collected. I found certain trends showing that it was much easier to identify a specific user as an experienced one from the data points, and we are still looking at using different models to help improve the accuracy of our findings. We hope that this research can be used to help create authentication systems to lock out suspected intruders on a given system if they exhibit erratic or extremely unfamiliar behavior per that system. -
