The first 5-6 years as a composite manufacturing engineer, my routine activities were- Defined, evaluated, and identification engineering drawing & specification- Create manufacturing plan / routing in SAP- Create out of sequence / control sheet in SAP- Action taken and closing Manufacturing Change Request- Involved in the Multi Function Team to solve problems in the shop.And then until now, my main activities are- Perform process & gap analysis in accordance with customer's process requirement- Perform new or modified process & facility qualification- Develop manufacturing process bonding composite- Communicating / coordinating manufacturing process with technician, quality, and others.Besides those activities, I am involved in preparing infrastructure plans, such as mapping equipment (machine) requirements, facilities requirements, and schedule production qualification plans for the KF-X/IF-X program.

Assigned by Indonesian Aerospace to involve in transfer-of-technology for composite manufacturing of KF-X (KF-21)..KF-X/IF-X are Indonesia and South Korea Joint Fighter Development program for 4.5 generation fighter aircraft. While at KAI, my role was to acquire knowledge and experience on composite manufacturing and qualification in KF-X program.- understand the composite manufacturing qualification concepts (how to step by step qualification, what items need to be qualified, and what document should be prepared)- can create manufacturing plan / work instruction / operation sheet for operator and inspector- knowing what equipment (machines) and facilities need to be prepared
