Business Analyst
Current- Eliciting and documenting comprehensive business requirements through the creation of Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), Scope of Work (SOW), and User Manuals.- Collaborating with clients to review and analyze requirements, facilitating effective communication within the team.- Conducting software prototype demonstrations for clients to ensure a clear understanding of the software's flow, enhancing usability for end-users.- Managing test environments by requesting and validating, and performing regression testing to ensure consistency following system changes.- Facilitating entry and exit meetings, meticulously maintaining Meeting Minutes (MOM) documentation.- Ensuring proposed solutions align with business needs and requirements.- Conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with clients and providing end-user training.- Reporting project status to stakeholders on a weekly basis, utilizing JIRA for bug reporting, defect tracking, and re-testing.- Active contribution to Process Management, including involvement in a change request portal for clients, participation in Scrum Meetings with developers, testers, and project managers, development of training materials, creation of programs for freshers, and preparation of version release notes for clients to enhance software understanding.
