Aditya is pursuing PGDM in Human Resource Management (HRM) at MDI Gurgaon.He completed his B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from BIT Sindri and worked at JSW Steel Ltd as an Assistant Manager in Operations, managing a 5 MTPA Hot Strip Mill. Recently, Aditya completed a summer internship at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, where he contributed to promoting a speak-up culture within the organization. Throughout his academic and professional journey, he has demonstrated strong leadership and team collaboration skills. Aditya is also proficient in Computer-Aided Design and Analysis, graphic design, and various soft skills, making him a well-rounded professional.
