As the President of the Raigad Chess Federation, I led efforts to promote chess across the region by organizing and managing competitions in various towns. I represented the federation, fostering relationships with local communities and stakeholders to expand the reach and impact of our events. My leadership helped nurture local talent and elevate the profile of chess in Raigad.
