Flora Saviors is a Dehradun-based NGO that aims to increase awareness and restore the state's rich ecosystem by conducting quality plantation drives.Being a co-founder, my contribution to this NGO is not limited. I am involved, from brainstorming any project with the founder Sandeep Singh Chauhan to planning and executing it routinely. Plantation Drives organized so far :MIYAWAKI PLANTATION DRIVE:We planted 100 saplings in collaboration with the Young Indians Dehradun chapter using the Miyawaki plantation method.MICRO PLANTATION DRIVES:Planted almost 70 trees under micro plantation drives in Dehradun through residential micro-plantations plantation dives in homes and offices and planting celebrations, where loved ones are encouraged to honour birthdays engagements and significant events by planting trees, positively impacting both the landscape and the participants of the drivesCOLLABORATIVE PLANTATION DRIVES:Planted 120 saplings in collaboration with the local community and an ongoing commitment from the participants to improve the environment around themVILLAGE REVITALISATION DRIVESWe conducted two large plantation and cleanliness drives in the villages of Triyuginarayan, Rudraprayag and Buranskhanda, Dhanaulti. We planted 160 saplings in these drives in partnership with the village women and sought to uplift and empower them as leaders in preserving their home environment.AWARENESS CAMPAIGNS:Upon learning of the imminent destruction of 10,000 trees from the Thano forest for the airport expansion, Flora Saviors leveraged social media and outreach to raise awareness and launched an online campaign to save the forest. Flora Saviors' campaign to Save Thano, partnering with other national and international campaigns, called on followers to design placards to increase awareness for #savethano. The organization also joined in the protest led by the Chipko Movement and Green Doon Parade for Environment.

Worked for parent company Serving Minds and Led Agile project management for an internal $15M market research firm, delivering on-time Automation projects for their web portals.• Constructed automation road map by defining key strategies of test case reusability and Requirements Traceability Matrix during plan preparation and monitoring the execution plan to successful completion.• Delivered 300+ and survey panel OpinioQuest business scripts, aligning resources and ensuring bottlenecks were removed to save time and rework while leading as scrum master and mentoring a team of four.• Analyzed client business processes and consulted on three optimal automation tool options (Worksoft Certify, Tricentis Tosca, and HP UFT), ultimately choosing Tosca to yield considerable time and complexity reductions.

Facilitated transition of a significant Healthcare giant from external vendor to in-house while developing and cultivating skills in both functional (SAP SCM) and technical areas (Tricentis Tosca).• Provided Techo-functional shaped expertise in SAP SCM, S/4 Hana & Fiori applications and Tricentis Tosca, bridging the gap between the functional and automation teams via appropriate and timely solutions to SAP functional and data issues during automation script development.• Created 200+ scripts using the Tricentis Tosca automation tool, ensuring automation best practices alongside performing automated regression and performance testing of same during different release cycles.• Strategize and created 200+ scripts using Tricentis Tosca, aligning with Agile & scrum practices and performed regression testing and data creation for performance testing during different release cycl• Influenced leadership to pursue Worksoft Certify for SAP and keep Tricentis Tosca exclusively for web applications due to better integration, resulting in minimum object identification failure while running automated scripts during sprints.

Delivered projects for retail, manufacturing and consumer goods giants alongside developing key skills in Worksoft Certify automation tool and SAP Supply Chain Management(SCM).• Automated 2,000+ SAP and S/4 Hana Fiori business flow scripts in Worksoft Certify for different projects per requirements, saving ample time and resources when reviewed in regression testing.• Provided Techno-Functional expertise in SAP SCM and Worksoft Certify and ensured compliance to operational and automation best practices regarding document preparation and script development for timely project delivery.• Resolved team members' SD functional issues on several business processes and automation scripting usage queries for SAP, WEB, and Silverlight applications, Recordset filter, and dynamic object identification.

Leveraged automated marketing and CRM tools to plan marketing initiatives and sales pitches promoting business development. Extracted and analyzed data using Lead Squared and derived visualizations through CRM reports to extract meaningful insights and achieve better leads to sales conversion (~ 10%).
