I have completed my Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and am currently working as a Guest Relation Officer at Zolo Stays. In this role, I have addressed client inquiries using in-depth product knowledge and provided tailored solutions, I have also provided key field insights to assist in product refinement and innovation by working closely with product teams. My efforts in coordinating between the operations team and customers have led to improvements in customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores and reduced turnaround time (TAT) for escalations. My strengths include proficiency in MS Office, the ability to work well under pressure, and being a team player. I’m an enthusiastic, outgoing individual with a positive attitude, looking for opportunities in the corporate sector where I can apply my skills, and practical experience to deliver meaningful results and contribute to the organization's growth.
