Developed full-stack infrastructure for new asynchronous export feature used in an internal employee security application. Project goal was to remove previous file export limitation of 2000 data rows by using AWS resources to query, convert results, de-duplicate requests, poll to and from frontend, ensure file security, & more.Utilized AWS CDK to deploy/integrate resources with program logic, manage permissions, and run server-less code. For backend, made workflow using DynamoDB, S3, SNS, SQS, & ECS Fargate to execute export requests without file size limits, upload files to bucket and make available for user to download. Containerized new codebase, which was first hosted on Lambda then transitioned to server-less ECS using Docker. For frontend, used React to expand app UI, added GraphQL polling to retrieve and display download URL to user. Added to testing suite with new unit tests using Sinon/Jest & integration tests using Cypress’ headless browser.

Contributed to efforts of EVPN VXLAN packet forwarding engine team. Worked extensively with Juniper’s flagship QFX 5k switches, while assisting in the developmental stage of new release line items such as VTEP and VPORT scaling. Validated new features for tunnel endpoints, packet traffic management, and port virtualization on the switch topology. Responsible for creating an automated testing framework for beta functionalities using Agile and adaptive test engineering methodologies. Worked closely with cross-functional teams to develop, execute, and scale performance test scenarios for several RLIs. Gained advanced proficiency in Juniper’s proprietary Junos OS, Python-based ROBOT framework, test equipment such as Spirent and Ixia, and other networking and virtualization technologies.

Educational application ZIRO Words implemented constant UDP, TCP, and WebSocket connections into spelling game logic. Designed and integrated all graphics, logos, and artwork used in UI/UX of applications. Converted apps to HTML for universal web browser access.
