As a photographer I was exposed to a community of struggling photographers.As a musician I was exposed to a community of struggling musicians.Most of my artist friends were broke.Coming out of LadakhI found myself on-7th Floor, A 5-star hotel, A gallery with at least 20 sub-par artworks.I had a flurry of questions, a brainwave so to speak.-50 pieces of artwork what would this cost?-How do we price art?-Are all of these artworks by the same Artist?-Did someone curate a mix and broke a deal?-Why are my artist friends broke?-How can I serve?-What can I build?Boom! RumbleArt was born.- We created"Fine Art Photography India" Facebook aka FAPI.- We featured upcoming photographers.- We shared a curated set of photographs daily.- We commented “Featured” on photographs we admired.- Featured Photographers followed FAPI.Data suggested we are on to something.In 9 months we went from 0-50k followers. We built RumbleArt, “A Marketplace for Art photography”A baby was born.We redirected organic traffic from FAPI to RumbleArt.We were able to get 20k photographers and 100k photographs in the next 12 months.We sold some.On a sidenote:Many of our photographers volunteered to shoot videos for our musician friends.The “RumbleArt Caravan” Was born.I drove across Delhi NCR with my van picking up random volunteering photographers at random metro stations.We shot bands making music.Many of the Caravan Videos I have edited personally and then gradually better people took over the job.These communities of photographers + musicians started interacting on our Forum.Photographers: Got a videoMusicians: Got a video Many of my photographer and musician friends became Un-Broke in this journeyA true exercise of Reciprocity.I exited the business in early 2017. I found the power of Passion, Purpose, Storytelling, Data, and Business working together.I found fellow passionate builders in the journey.This lead to the birth of Expedify.

I enabled Karmabhoomi to Identify areas in Ladakh fit for Socio-Economic Development.We then created initiatives that could bring positive social impact at recognized locations.We identified Turtuk, a village in Ladakh that slept in Pakistan and Woke Up in India during the war with Pakistan in 1971. From 1971 to 2011 no Civilian had stepped into Turtuk. It has been the villagers and the army.We were the first civilians to set foot on this unseen paradise. Utilizing abundant apricot resources at Turtuk we helped the community develop an apricot drying unit formulate a sales and distribution strategy. We provided better prices for the produce Apricot farmers were already making by opening sales channels in Leh. We also upskilled the farmers. We educated them into best preservation practices, sales and marketing strategies.As a Teacher and Mentor I taught children daily in Turtuk Government School. My subjects were Chemistry Biology Geography and Music.As a Filmmaker I made several documentaries for the Karmabhoomi.I made some beautiful photo stories being there.I made a short film that got nominated at Ladakh International Film Festival.I learnt a lot about Making Visual Art and Content, I dabbled into writing, shooting, editing.I learnt how to work in the founding team of an enterprise.I learnt how to impact lives socio-economicallyI learnt many valuable lessons from the unforgiving winters of Ladakh,Liberated from phones, internet and toilets.and yet the humble luxurious abodes we were presented with By the beautiful people of Turtuk.

Worked as an Instructional Designer and a Technical Writer.Developed educational content for Oracle 11g DBMS certification.

Provided support in antibody purification within the Biologics and Bio-molecular Sciences department. Was involved with Industrial Production of enzymes. Maintained Access and report on testing for antibody purification, related to both Immunology and Cardiovascular therapeutic targets
