• Business development for inorganic expansion through power asset acquisition:
• Market analysis of potential power assets of over 20 GW for acquisition and preparation of priority list for acquisition after preliminary evaluation
• Preparation of thermal and hydro power assets of around 5000 MW acquisition tender documents, its floating, holding pre-bid conferences, evaluation of tenders, carrying out techno-commercial due diligence of power.
• Carrying out cost benefit analysis for creation of coal mining subsidiary, preparation of due diligence report in consultation with legal and consultancy firms, getting Management approval and identifying team for its.
• Evaluation of company's entry into LNG terminal business and carrying out cost-benefit and long-term cash flow analysis.

Barh 3300 MW Super Thermal Power Project

• Continuous assessment of progress across all packages to evaluate delay in committed timelines. Its rectification through periodic review meetings with agencies and sorting out inter-departmental and higher-level.
• Preparation of annual budget for the project execution activities, monitoring resource utilization and identification of critical path activities through the master network timelines.
• Carrying out high level official visits to power project facilities and sensitizing them on critical areas needing their support.
• Preparation of Management Information System (MIS) documents on daily, weekly and monthly intervals and discussing it in senior level meetings to ensure action on critical areas.

• Supporting the Western Region Head in day-to-day activities concerning four power projects across two States. Liaising with Regional HQ executives, Corporate HQ executives and project site executives in resolving.
• Carrying out special projects of priority as directed by Regional Head
