As a product manager at IIIT-H, I manage technical products that meet customer needs and requirements, using my skills in customer research, product strategy, feature definition, and collaboration with development teams. I have successfully delivered multiple products that have increased customer satisfaction, loyalty, and revenue growth, such as a skill development platform, a learning management system, and a career guidance tool.I am currently pursuing a master's degree in product design and management at IIIT-H, where I am learning how to apply design thinking, user experience, and agile methodologies to create innovative and user-centric products.
