With over seven years of experience as a Convener at Global Counter Terrorism Council, I lead a team of experts and researchers who provide strategic advice and policy recommendations to governments, organizations, and stakeholders on how to prevent and respond to terrorism and violent extremism. I leverage my extensive knowledge and network in the field of counter-terrorism and security, as well as my skills in communication, collaboration, and innovation, to inform and influence decision-makers and stakeholders.I also serve as an Advisory Board Member at RIEAS, a think tank that focuses on regional and international security issues, and at New Delhi Institute Of Management, a premier business school that offers programs in management and leadership. In these roles, I share my insights and best practices on how to foster resilience and growth in a complex and dynamic environment. Furthermore, I have a strong background in sales and marketing, having developed and executed successful sales strategies and campaigns for various clients and sectors. I possess skills such as new business development, key account management, and marketing communications, which I acquired and honed throughout my career. My goal is to contribute to the global efforts to combat terrorism and promote peace and stability, by applying my expertise and experience to relevant and impactful projects and initiatives. I am passionate about learning and growing as a professional and as an individual, and giving back to society in whatever way I can. I am fluent in German, English, and Hindi, and enjoy working with diverse and multicultural teams. I am also a TEDx Speaker, where I share my views and stories on topics related to counter-terrorism, security, and leadership.
