-Led initial product and equipment development on several new initiatives totaling over $150 Million annually by collaborating with cross functional teams from Marketing and Finance -Developed innovative, cost effective solution to improve the shape of Tostitos Scoops when initially launched product did not deliver against targeted design-Led initial.
