About Aditya Varanasi

Results focused Executive leader with a passion and track record for developing new capabilities intended to deliver against unmet customer needs. Throughout my career, I've been most energized by the opportunity to tackle opportunities that have never been approached before. Whether it was managing Frito Lays first ever content based digital campaign, to mapping out growth opportunities that helped turn around a $1BB+ brand, to unlocking the power of digital and social in shopper marketing, or launching a new, all digital commercial insurance company, the one thing each of these accomplishments has in common is a focus on meeting changing customer needs. With a BS in Chemical Engineering, I was trained to develop a sequential and analytical approach to solving problems, which has helped me break down complex opportunities as I moved into business management. This approach, when coupled with a focus on the vantage point of the customer, has helped me develop a track record of "outside-the-box" solutions that match business objectives with customer needs. Above all, transparency, integrity, and collaboration have been critical in building lasting solutions. No individual does it all, and I take great pride in bringing the best thinking across various functions and backgrounds together to develop robust and sustainable solutions. As a leader, it's important to recognize that everyone has something to contribute, and creating an environment where everyone is encouraged to share their perspective can help take any undertaking to the next level of impact and sustainability.
