My role is to provide exceptional customer service and verify jackpots to distribute the winnings to the players. I execute smooth money handling and keep a record of machine malfunctions, payouts, and customer interactions.

I was a Front end assistant at Costco for 4 years, where I had the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment. I developed great customer skills and applied them to my responsibilities in cashing, packing groceries, and greeting customers as they walked in, as well as marking receipts as they left the building. I was also given the opportunity to cross-train in other departments such as the tire shop and bakery. I loved the chance to explore and learn new skills.
