Responsible for A Project Management:1. Responsible for NPI strategy and procedure, ensure development move smoothly and with high quality.2.NPI team build and management, team communication across different functional team, include business, engineering, quality, operation etc.3.Manage and monitor whole NPI stage, include design, test, production etc.4. Cost control.5.Responsible for schedule setup +maintenance, trace project schedule, risk analysis and problem solving.6.Report to Management team

1. Participate in project planning and risk assessment meeting.2. Lead the review meeting of design/ construction/manufacturing, multi-party communication. 3. Review and perfecting the project schedule.4. Follow the schedule, ensure the project works as expected, problemsolving.5. Take charge of sample review, sample test and problem solving. 6. Signature sample, project files update, summarize and filed. 7. Follow first order production status, problem solving. 8. Lead project meeting, report to stakeholders.

 Project Management side:1. Understand the concept drawing provide by US RD team, evaluate theunclear items, such as cosmetic/structure/surface treatment requests etc. 2. Review the DFM or MOLDFLOW provide by supplier andcommunicate with RD team. 3. Approve project schedule which provide by the supplier. 4. Manage project time milestone, problem solving, ensure project run asplaned. 5. Responsible for sample review and signature. 6. Create inspection SIP for QC. 7. Participate weekly project meeting.  Supply Chain Management side:1. Responsible for all purchase in China. 2. Get and negotiate quote. 3. Maintain strategy supplier relationship. 4. Develop new supplier, audit and report to COO. 5. Manage part-time QC, arrange inspection schedule, arrange QCpayment, look for new QC and interview. 6. Supplier invoice review. 7. Assist supply chain team to arrange shipment, look for cost downopportunities. 8. Participate supply chain team weekly meeting.

New customer development！

1. Understand customer's requests and provide quote, mainly for plastic parts quote, integrate mold quote which provide bytooling dept. Work with customers until get the order.2. Assist engineering / tooling dept, communicateDFM/ MOLDFLOW issues, ensure they are on the same page.3. Communicate with customers about milestones and deliverable.4. Follow schedule and manage project. 5. Follow tooling trial status and communicate with customers.6. Push mass production transfer procedures, follow first order productionstatus.7. Lead project weekly/ Abnormal meeting, update and summary projectfiles.
