Peak Abundance is a 501(c)(3) non-profit founded in 1985 as Nederland Food Pantry. We feed, clothe, support over 100 families/week in the Peak to Peak community in Colorado. ● Revitalized and restored organizational and cultural stability amidst significant leadership turnover● Supervise and participate in essential services such as food sourcing, pick-up, distribution, and garden management.● Control payroll operations to ensure accurate and timely processing for the organization while directly overseeing a team of 4 staff members.● Take ownership of organization financials, running a ~$250k budget. Kick-off capital campaign to raise $1.5MM● Maintain an internal website that tracks client data to apply for grants. Headed digital transformation of the organization, replacing old paper-based data systems.

● Head of Demo Engineering: designing, building, and maintaining world-class demos and associated tooling such as "Demo Gallery," a user-friendly UI on top of Concourse (CI/CD platform). This allows non-technical staff to access demo resources and manages overall cloud spend by limiting deployments to 3 hours. Collaborated with the Microsoft AI team to develop a semantic search engine on SEC 10K/Q data, featured as an innovative solution in RedisConf 22 keynote. Developed several bespoke data pipelines for both BI and demonstrating Redis’ capabilities with bigger data sets (1MM+ keys).● Head of Redis Labs Research: Conducted research and implemented a pilot program to gather qualitative customer feedback and understand clients' needs. Assessed product/market fit through targeted testing, providing valuable insights for product teams, and identifying areas for improvement in the sales and go-to-market processes.● Partner Field CTO: Own all technical partnerships for Redis, such as Google, Pivotal/VMWare, Microsoft, Red Hat, IBM, and Infosys. Set up an affiliate/commission program by partnering with hundreds of sellers to diversify and expand revenue channels, accounting for 30% of new recurring revenue. Collaborated closely with Fandango during their technical due diligence process and ensured the smooth execution of the transfer.● Managed technical aspects of content creation and distribution, overseeing the entire process from transforming full-length movies into clips for YouTube to coordinating technology transfer for the sale of MOVIECLIPS.
