PPIC (Production Planning & Inventory Control) is a strategic function of a manufaturing company that responsible for the efficient planning, scheduling, and coordination of all production activities. The planning phase involves forecasting demand and translating the demand forecast into a production plan that optimizes the company's objective. During the scheduling phase the production plan is translated into a detailed, usually day-by-day, schedule of products to be made. During the coordination phase actual product output is compared with scheduled product output, and this information is used to adjust production plans and production schedules. In addition, our function in Inventory Control is to optimize our system to ensure that we can achieve efficient stock control, to have the right amount of stock, (of raw materials, packaging and finished goods) in the right place at the right time. It ensures that capital is not tied up unnecessarily, and protects production if problems arise with the supply chain.

Marketing Manager in Phapros Tbk means held responsilbility in terms of Sales & Marketing and work directly under Marketing Director. Basically, I was in charge of accomplishing business activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, implementing sales plans and managing staff. I have to meet marketing and sales financial objectives by making sales forecasting, preparing budget and scheduling expenditures, developing the marketing strategy and product planning, market competitiveness analysis, making strategy initiatives and developing operational plan.I also have to accomplish marketing and sales human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, training,assigning,coaching, counseling and disciplining employees. I have to make a compensation planning, policies and procedures.

As a Brand Manager I have to collaborate with a wide variety of functional areas such as sales, marketing, design, and operations to execute product marketing plans. I have to coordinate and develop marketing plans for designated brands, conducts market research and identifies and tracks market trends in company’s industry, support the development of brand strategies and marketing plans across the organization. I also works closely with advertising agencies, media specialist, event organizer & field operatives to integrate media mix plans including in executing promotion activities both Above The Line and Below The Line.
