(Wika,Tsukishima kikai, Nusea and Qingdao Jieneng) • Monitoring, controlling and report material received, piping and equipment installation during construction • Monitoring and approve commissioning test during construction in Alumina and also support power plant.• Directly, manage, planing, monitor, control and supervise to ensure appropriate drawing installation • The responsibilities of preventive, predictive maintenance in alumina production-2 (alumina processing process, hydrate processing process, calcination process) also support power plant.• Assist progress report to Technical head mining, Technical director for construction and maintenance.• Coordinate with third part (subcontractor), I/E department, engineering department, material control, purchasing department, mobilization, and activities of project or maintenance to ensure continuity of job progress and the maximum efficiency.• Estimation and calculation for engineering change request (modification engineering) on Alumina production-2 and power plant• Checking for work instruction / maintenance procedure and jobs safety analysis• Analysis and interpretation for rotating equipment (pump, gearbox, rotary kiln, blower, burner, bucket elevator, conveyor, jetmill, matermill, ballmill, vibration sieve) from various brands such as UBE, Pulsafeeder, Warman, Ebara, Andritz and dynamic equipment tank and vesel and data analysis, predictive, preventively.
