• I'm responsibilities of Construction installation in Alumina Production-2 (alumina processing process, hydrate processing process, calcination process) also support power plant.• Monitoring and controlling of installation during construction .Equipment (Warman, UBE, KSB, Ebara and Andritz) and Main contractor. (Wika,Tsukishima kikai, Nusea and Qingdao Jieneng) • Monitoring, controlling and report material received, piping and equipment installation during construction • Monitoring and approve commissioning test during construction in Alumina and also support power plant.• Directly, manage, planing, monitor, control and supervise to ensure appropriate drawing installation • The responsibilities of preventive, predictive maintenance in alumina production-2 (alumina processing process, hydrate processing process, calcination process) also support power plant.• Assist progress report to Technical head mining, Technical director for construction and maintenance.• Coordinate with third part (subcontractor), I/E department, engineering department, material control, purchasing department, mobilization, and activities of project or maintenance to ensure continuity of job progress and the maximum efficiency.• Estimation and calculation for engineering change request (modification engineering) on Alumina production-2 and power plant• Checking for work instruction / maintenance procedure and jobs safety analysis• Analysis and interpretation for rotating equipment (pump, gearbox, rotary kiln, blower, burner, bucket elevator, conveyor, jetmill, matermill, ballmill, vibration sieve) from various brands such as UBE, Pulsafeeder, Warman, Ebara, Andritz and dynamic equipment tank and vesel and data analysis, predictive, preventively.

• I'm responsibilities of monitoring and controlling progress installation.• Assist progress to project control head, project manager, coordinator manager. coordinate with team project in overall job.• Planning and scheduling of mechanical installation activities • Checking request order list from all department before we order the material • Monitoring and controlling of material received, ETA for main supplier (Metso and Andritz) and the other supplier • The responsibilities of piping installation on utility area.(WTP, Compressor room, ETP, Steam boiler etc)• The responsibilities of Equipment installation on utility area.(from WTP, compressor, MMF, Softener, gravity filter, etc to Boiler)• Monitoring, controlling & weekly report of piping installation, equipment installation progress utility area to installation head and mechanical manager.• Monitoring and controlling of material received for piping installation.• Report a progress of paper machine installation to Installation head.• Reporting of QC Procedure for installation on paper machine area and WTP, ETP area to installation head and mechanical manager.• Reporting of QC Procedure recondition on paper machine area to installation head and mechanical manager.• Repairing Valve-valve existing for using installation ex kitimat (canada).• Flushing pipe line air instrument and air process, main steam header pipe line (include boiler, main steam condensate tank, condensate tank)after construction, i'm also work on condition monitoring and maintenance team.
