Pre-sales- Present Allied Telesis's products and solutions- Create and modify presentation slides- Write an article to spread Allied Telesis's technology to the public- Learn and test Allied Telesis's new products & technologies- Visit customers to get their requirements- Choose the right products for the customer's requirements- Site survey for both Wired & Wireless Infrastructure- Design network infrastructure following the customer's requirements(configuration planing)- Estimate man-hours for implementing the network infrastructure- Create, modify, & proof network diagram, bill of material(BoM), terms of reference(TOR), & technical proposal- Conduct a Proof of Concept(POC) testing at the customer site- Analyze competitor's products & technologies- Create product comparison matrixes- Demonstrate Allied Telesis's highlight technologies- Create video clips to show Allied Telesis's highlight features(YouTube, Facebook, TikTok)- Edit the video content before publishing on social media- Publish the video content at the right time- Create a Facebook group for Allied Telesis Thailand users- Spread Allied Telesis's news to partners & end-users- Conduct Allied Telesis's seminar, road-shows & webinar(act as a speaker)- Build-up Allied Telesis's booth at the seminar & road-shows event(also conduct the demo at the booth)​​​​- Conduct sales & pre-sales training for partners- Manage engineer's work-flow for Thai engineer teamPost-sales- Check the technical specification for customers- Check the network configuration for customers- Investigate technical problems(Network Troubleshooting)- Remote & on-site support- Conduct network infrastructure implementation on-site- Conduct user acceptant test(UAT)- Conduct Allied Telesis's certified training including Lab tests for customers- Co-operate with Asia Pacific technical support team- Support Cambodia team about the technical terms via phone call, chatting, & email
