This included the management and enhancement of critical systems like our Intranet and the Electronic Document Protocol System, both of which are instrumental in facilitating efficient internal communication and documentation processes.Elevating to the position of Lieutenant, I had the distinct honor of coordinating the Brazilian Army's Command and Control Team during the 2014 FIFA World Cup held in Curitiba/PR. My responsibilities extended across a broad spectrum of communication and incident management services, ensuring smooth operations in a high-pressure, globally-watched environment.Central to this role was the management of all radio communication services, the intricacies of which required deep technical knowledge and astute attention to detail.
