• Resolve bugs occurring within the server application (FMT), the Android application for supporting distributions (BiMO), or NFC application as reported by the users;• Provide remote and in-person technical support to Implementing Partners, Traders, Mobile Money Operators, and Money Vendors when they encounter challenges while using the system;• Provide technical support to FAO Mozambique staff and partners as they utilize the system and associated applications;• Configure mobile phones for data collection with ODK or KOBO before the commencement of implementations;• Configure ODK/KOBO server forms with relevant data collection tools and project data;• Extract collected data in relevant formats to present to relevant stakeholders for analysis and upload to FMT to facilitate aid disbursement;• Conduct trainings for Implementing Partner data clerks and FAO Mozambique staff that utilize FAO Mozambique Tools for beneficiary registrations when required;• Prepare documents, presentations, and videos to complement trainings and ease the onboarding of new system users (both for Implementing Partners and for FAO Mozambique Staff);• Update system documentation for various system modules as new features are added;
