Moreover, I conducted workload analysis for the HR Department to optimize task allocation, integrated the final report with data visualization using Google Looker Studio for employee grouping insights, analyzed department workflows using SIPOC Diagram & RACI Matrix, and facilitated job matching for over 200 positions to monitor organizational performance based on job group codes.
