Leading a strategic cross-functional effort to simplify the experience of cluster-to-cluster synchronization and migrations to MongoDB Atlas for our users. Responsible for Professional Services in the West and Latin America.My main areas of focus are people development, business, understanding and working on organizational and operational constraints, and helping build the best PS organization in the industry. But the biggest goal is people. Working in close collaboration with our various all-star teams in MongoDB, including Sales, Consulting Engineers, Legal, Engineering, and others, in this role I'm responsible for multiple different things, chief among them:- Strategic Consulting in NA- Building new Professional Services offerings and related Sales enablement content- Industrializing the process of scoping, estimation and generation of Statements of Work- Enablement of Consulting Engineers

Working across multiple industries to help our major customers succeed with their new and existing MongoDB projects. I deliver trainings, engineer and oversee complex projects, help with architecture design, code, etc.Between flights I'm working on a few internal initiatives, including Client Portal for our Services clients.Sometimes I also do great presentations.

Ensuring customer success with MongoDB, helping them to make strategic and short-term decisions and to develop new choices. I diagnose and solve complex technical problems, especially when a time-critical solution is needed. I assist with pre-sales support and POCs, and collaborate with other departments to continuously improve our product and services. I also develop tools and document best practices and processes.As a member of our internal Security Working Group, I'm helping to improve the security ecosystem for MongoDB.
