Developement of Quickly CMS. Quickly CMS is a combination of strong points of Drupal and Symfony 4. The code is written in PHP7.1, but pre-compiles class invokations and routes into a data structure that is optimized for speed. Hence the name Quickly CMS. Quickly is a full fledged content management system and particularly suited for applications where the underlying data-structure is complex and multi-faceted, an area where standard CMS’ses such as Drupal8 fall short. Quickly combines a highly speed optimized kernel with a very streamlined proprietary ORM, that - although inspired by the Doctrine API - delivers considerable faster database access. Right out of the box, quickly outperforms Drupal8 up to 10 times for standard CMS applications. For more data intense applications the comparison is even better. Also out of the box Solr search engine and node.js are supported.

Overseeing: 100+ staffBased on my reputation within the sector I was asked to create a full company turn-around for the Defense branch of Maersk in Copenhagen. The assignment was a 3 year one and the branch was in heavy weather when I started the job.At the start of the contract the company was plagued by unsatisfied customers and poor performance. Employees were de-motivated, extremely skeptical and unfocussed.From that starting point I managed to steer the Copenhagen branch 180 degrees around, using a business transformation roadmap based on the simultaneous improvement of development processes, quality assurance, build-up of project management skills within the department. I managed to defat skepticism from with and outside by consistently showing success. At the end of my term, customer trust was fully restored, personnel re- energized, work processes established, and company performance was back to the level it should be.
