As an extension of my responsibilities as the Administrative Liaison at Wood Street Commons, as Team Lead I provide further support in planning, execution, and oversight of organizational programming; maintain a collaborative relationship with building management and community partners; attend to client needs, resolve issues, and respond to crisis calls from building staff; and serve as a role model and decision maker in the Program Manager's absence.
