Typical assignments include:- Full time, full-desk Sourcing Recruiter - Utilize tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, and Greenhouse to efficiently move candidates (passive and active) through a pipeline. In this role, I source candidates, review the active candidate pipeline, manage candidate relationships, act as a point person for the Hiring Manager, provide regular feedback to the team and candidates, and extend offers. I have also acted as a sourcing partner in these roles.- Sourcing Partner - Hiring Team information gathering, calibrating, and providing market research for hard to fill roles. The information provided to clients will include comprehensive candidate information, such as preferred first names, last names, LinkedIn links, Company and title history, emails, phone numbers, and social links. Often, a client may seek these services for executive level roles, very niche skill sets, or roles that they are pipelining for future regular hiring. - Talent Acquisition Technology Partner - Recommending the best suite of technology for a recruiting team to utilize to maximize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve data. Tooling may include paid tools such as an ATS, Email Campaigning tooling, Sourcing tooling, Email Finding tooling, but can also include tools such as web scrapers, chrome extensions, calendar scheduling, and other free tools. I am typically working with 1-4 clients at a time on a variety of roles, but I specialize in Technology and Executive Search.
