My name is Julia Adler and I'm currently working as a Talent Acquisition consultant, partnering with a variety of organizations to provide TA best practices, market insights, tooling advice, and candidate sourcing/recruiting. My specialization is highly technical hiring, but I can help with any of your hiring needs.Outside of my day to day, I work as a staff writer for RecruitingDaily and have volunteered as the head of the marketing committee over at ATAP. Often, a client may seek these services for executive level roles, very niche skill sets, or roles that they are pipelining for future regular hiring. - Talent Acquisition Technology Partner - Recommending the best suite of technology for a recruiting team to utilize to maximize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve data. Tooling may include paid tools such as an ATS, Email Campaigning tooling, Sourcing tooling, Email Finding tooling, but can also include tools such as web scrapers, chrome extensions, calendar scheduling, and other free tools.
