This ensures our products meet the highest standards of quality and functionality.Component Calculation: I calculate mechanical components and structures, ensuring they are robust and reliable. This involves detailed analysis and precision.Procurement Planning: I plan the procurement of standard parts and raw materials, making sure we have everything we need for efficient production. This role requires strategic thinking and careful planning.Supervision and Task Management: I supervise the fabrication department, assign tasks, and ensure everything runs smoothly. This involves a lot of communication and coordination.Highlighted Projects:ICO Drill 100, ICO Drill 300, ICO Drill 500: I contributed to the design and development of these exploration drilling rigs. These projects have been particularly rewarding, allowing me to see my work in action in the field.ICO Mud 85: I engineered a mud mixing machine that enhances operational efficiency.Storage and Transport Tanks: I designed a semi-moveable rectangular storage tank (240 BBL) and a transport fuel tank (16,000 L). These projects required meticulous attention to detail and adherence to industry standards.Metering Regulating Station Gas G250: I developed a gas metering and regulating station, ensuring accurate and safe gas distribution.Working at PT. During my internship as a Mechanical Design Engineer, I had the exciting opportunity to support the EOD Scorpion Robot Project. This role allowed me to develop both my technical skills and my ability to work effectively in a team. This ensured that our project stayed on track and everyone was clear on their responsibilities.Research and Innovation: I conducted in-depth research to inform our design and engineering methods for the mechanical systems.
