Invictus is a robotics team that participates in the FIRST LEGO League, an international STEAM competition for young people founded by the American organization FIRST.As a coach and team manager I was in charge of: - Organization and management of people in work teams and allocation of resources and tasks. - Supervision and development of projects. - Teaching new members.Throughout my career as a participant and coach over 8 years, the team was awarded in several national and international events, as well as awarded in other innovation competitions organized by public administrations.
