EPSCC of Sisi Nubi AOI Package A & B Project with PT Pertamina Hulu Mahakam as a Client.The project consists of installation 6 new wellhead platforms and modification 3 existing platforms including pipelines which will be connected to existing facilities.1. Reviewing FEED documents to guide the Detailed Engineering Design (DED) process.2. Coordinating with other engineering disciplines (Process, Instrument, and Mechanical) during the detailed design engineering phase.3. Creating valve and special item piping data sheets.4. Generating Material Take-off (MTO) as a foundation for RFQ.5. Reviewing vendor proposals and creating Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE).6. Participating in 3D model reviews for project evaluation.7. Assisting the lead in ensuring the completion of all deliverables in accordance with the schedule.

Study of process requirements and site conditions to prepare equipment layout and complete plot plan2. Technical co-ordination with all disciplines related to engineering effort - Co-ordinate with civil and structural engineers to finalize piping plot plan and other structural requirements - Co-ordinate with process engineers to develop piping material classification and data sheet for any piping special items3. Participation in Design Reviews, especially in piping layout and isometrics adhering to process requirements, erection, operation-ability, maintenance and safety4. Prepare engineering deliverable such as Technical Specification & Procedure, Piping Material Classification, Piping Wall Thickness Calculation, and Data Sheet for Piping Special Item5. Prepare and do regular update for piping material take off (MTO) as per changes in piping layout and piping and instrumentation diagram (P&ID)6. Prepare the RFQ Piping Materials as a basis data for Procurement team7. Review the piping vendor supplied documents, such as piping specification, delivery duration, brand offered by the vendor in order to meet Client Requirements8. Prepare Technical Bid Evaluation in order to gain the best technical quotation from the vendor to supply the correct materials9. Provide support to the construction team by providing the required information such as work volumes, procedures, and drawings

Contributing to a diverse array of EPC project proposals in the fields of Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Industrial sectors, my role involves the following job responsibilities:1. Study the Instruction to Bidder document to identify the scope of work and prepare technical documents for project proposal technical submission2. Coordinate with other disciplines to determine the battery limits between disciplines3. Prepare Material Take-Off (MTO) and Requisition for Quotation (RFQ) Piping Materials as a basis data for the Procurement team based on Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID) for cost estimation4. Provide support to all purchase activities and evaluate all vendor's submittal5. Review the piping vendor's supplied documents like piping specification, delivery duration, and the brand offered by the vendor to meet Client Requirements6. Prepare Technical Bid Evaluation to gain the best technical quotation from the vendor to supply the correct materials
