Senior Account Ex (Sales & Marketing Dept)Industry: Head Hunter/ Workforce.Team: Japanese translator, HR Manager, Import_ Export, IT Engineering, Production, Accountant, Banking, Finance etc…_ Uploading and management of all roles on the Recruitment Management System (Asahi Tec Viet Nam), These include maintain, updating C.V Database, direct assess candidates’ competence for the vacancies follow up their situation in the recruiting process, etc._Identifying and screening quality candidates for key positions. Our ultimate goal is to province our client with top talent- those people who will guarantee the long –term success of our client’ company._I start with a clear understanding of our client’s company culture and business needs after receiving the job description of some key positions. I communicate closely with our client by phone or email to identify the core characteristics and values, and to develop a detailed job description that clearly established the scope, responsibilities, and key criteria for candidate selection._Compiling the job description as our client’s demand including the job title, main duties, and basic requirements that the candidate is the best fit for the jobs.
