Previously, he was Director of Development for AMB Property Corporation’s Western Region where he was responsible for capital deployment and real estate development. He also served as Vice President of Development for Catellus/Prologis’s Western Region where he developed more than 13 million square feet of warehouse distribution buildings. Mr. Cochrun has entitled over 1,750 acres of land in California, Arizona & Pennsylvania and completed multiple build-to-suit projects with large, household-named companies.
