POSITION SUMMARY: The Chief Operations/Technology Officer (COO/CTO) is a managerial position within IuteCredit and one of the key roles in business operations and technology management. COO/CTO is accountable for facilitating the continuous improvement of functional and transversal of business processes, leading the evaluation of activities in terms of value to the customers and the company. The COO/CTO plays a key role in strategy development and deployment, performance measurement and operational problem solving, while responsible for the efficiency of business. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• Implementation of business operations; • Implementation of business strategies, plans and procedures, including planning of new technologies; • Establishing of policies that promote company’s culture and vision; • Implementation of new policies and procedures issued by the IC Group; • Setting of comprehensive goals for performance and growth at country level; • Overseeing of daily operations of the company, including IT, CRM, Business Processes, etc.; • Leading employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication, while introducing them to new technologies; • Evaluating performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics;• Promoting overall Digital Transformation in the Microcredit Sector in Bosnia and Herzegovina with, both, legislative and regulatory bodies;• Implementing of new technological solutions in the local business environment, such as digital signature, mobile loan applications, e-plug-in solutions, card-less ATM networks, digital wallet solutions, remote customer identification etc.;• Implementing of local-area and in-cloud network solutions for business;• Implementing of Group IT Security procedures and policies on the local level, and more

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• Coordination over investments and procurement budget planning and execution; • Organisation and supervision of the on-going projects, maximising outputs while minimising expenses;• Managing all aspects of property and personnel insurance and facility management functions; • Ensuring continuity of operational functionality of assets and business processes throughout the organization;• Ensuring for strategic and contigency planning;• Organization and regulation of work processes, including proposing measures to improve;• Optimization of processes throughout the organization;• Risk assessment of property and personnel, as well as developing plans for technical and physical security.
