Key contributions:- Refactored numerous user management services, affecting both Volvo Cars and Polestar users across all platforms, and led the migration of 2.1 million users from one region to another without shutting down production systems.- Led discovery and implementation of key features required for Fleet Business' direct to customer transformation in the UK market.- Improved leasing company onboarding and management flows, both process and technical implementations, to reduce overall time spent by over 50% and increase customer satisfaction.- Led the consolidation of team documentation to Backstage for easier maintenance and access by stakeholders.

I was a part of the Contamination and Core CFD team under the Sustainability Centre. Key contributions:- Automation of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) workflows including preparation, meshing, running, and post-processing of the simulations through STARCCM+. Produced relevant documentation to aid in further development and onboarding of new engineers. - Developed an automated tool for calculating the amount of fluid covering a given area of the car, such as a sensor, window, or pillar. This removed the need to manually quantify this cover and provided an objective measure that is easy to apply across different cars under test, thereby saving time and improving reliability. - Collaborated with other teams in multiple company-wide hackathons to tackle different challenges across the organisation.

Working as the Tech Lead for infrastructure and backend applications in the Temoletlotlo project implemented by BIUST for the Botswana Ministry of Agriculture.Supporting close to 100 thousand farmers across the country, the application is meant to facilitate farming in Botswana to advance the country's ambitions towards national food security.
